Lake Nakuru National Park

“Lake Nakuru National Park is a compact 188\text{ km}^2 sanctuary located in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, near Nakuru City. Famous for its semi-alkaline lake, it serves as a crucial habitat for over 400 bird species, including massive, shifting populations of flamingos and pelicans. ​The fully fenced park is one of East Africa's premier rhino sanctuaries, protecting dense populations of both Black and White Rhinos alongside endangered Rothschild’s Giraffes, lions, leopards, and buffaloes.”
