We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Authentication data is managed by Clerk, which is SOC 2 Type II certified.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your language preference and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Ama assistant conversations
When you chat with Ama, our assistant, the question and answer are kept for 90 days to measure answer quality and find gaps — without your account, session or IP address: the log cannot identify you. If you use the thumbs, your verdict is stored with the exchange. Conversations are never used to train AI models and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
5. Error monitoring & session replay
To diagnose bugs and protect the service, we use Sentry (hosted in the EU) to record error reports and session replays. All text, form inputs and media are masked, so recordings capture how the interface behaves — not your content or personal data. Replays are linked to error events to help us fix issues faster, and are retained for a limited period.
